Arriving at Bay Tree House you will find a welcoming home always a good start to a holiday or short break with us in picturesque Dartmouth. The house is well prepared after your long jouurney with tea/coffee available and milk in the fridge. There will be fresh linen on the beds, towels for your use and everything you need for a most comfortable stay.

The house has been carefully furnished, we have added many touches which make it attractive and include useful items for your convenience. Our aim is to make your stay memorable. We have many visitors who return time and time again - they say they love the atmosphere in the house and enjoy all it has to offer, and find it so convenient to the town, restaurants etc. and ofcourse the river.

The house is spacious, 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite shower or bathroom, 2 single bedrooms with a large bathroom. A lovely view over the town and river at the top of the house. The main sitting room leads out to a decked area with table and chairs and a garden to enjoy. A smaller sitting room is a cosy place to read, watch T.V or listen to music. The dinning table easily seats 6 and has the benefit of a log burner in the room. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. The large well equipped kichen has a fridge and dishwasher, the glass atrium above adds light and character. Through to the utility room, a useful area with a second sink, more work tops, a freezer and washing machine.

The house is not suitable for small children or pets. Low season- from £450 a week High season - from £700 a week 10 % reduction when booking for just 2 people.
