We are an independent opticians in the beautiful town of Dartmouth, South Devon, owned and managed by husband and wife team, Simon and Marianne Yoell and ably supported by Judy Johnston, Chris Shepherdson and Caroline Hicks.

The practice was established in 1995 with the aim of providing eye-care in a caring and professional way to all our patients, including those who are restricted to using wheelchairs. There is a large selection of frames to choose from, including many of the popular designer ranges (Gucci, Karen Millen, French Connection, Timberland, Davidoff, Silhouette, etc) plus less well known makes which are equally stylish. All are reasonably priced. Because we are completely independent, if we don't have the exact spectacle frame you are after, we are very happy to source from other suppliers until you are completely satisfied.

However, just as importantly we can offer advice on the best type of spectacle lenses to suit your requirements and lifestyle. Children are not neglected either. Not only is there a great choice of frames for them, but we have a dedicated children's area which helps to keep them entertained while their parents are being attended to.
