Both properties reflect our backgrounds & interests in contemporary art & design with emphasis on comfort and a welcoming environment. We emphasise our provision for families with travel cots, high chairs, sterilisers etc. all available if required. Both properties are personally cleaned & maintained by the owners to a high standard & professionally laundered bed linen, towels & heating & welcome pack are all included with no hidden extra costs.

Hartworks House

A 2 double bedroom garden flat in a large Victorian colonial style property. Set in tranquil national award winning landscaped gardens with off street parking.

Situated on the ground floor of our own lovingly restored Victorian house with spectacular views over the town and countryside in a tranquil and private setting. 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of town this gives us the advantage of private off-street parking (a must in Dartmouth where parking is hard to find) and a substantial sized garden with Summer House providing spectacular views.

Bay Tree House

An elegant light and airy Georgian house, in the heart of town only 2 minutes walk to the town centre, Bay Tree House is an elegant period property styled with attention to interior detail with many original artworks from our former gallery business.

There are 2 large double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom on the third floor with purpose built stair gate & play room/relax area. A modern fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc. A large breakfast room comfortably seats 6 people. A small decking area & front terrace is available with outside table & seating.
