An elegant light and airy Georgian house, in the heart of town only 2 minutes walk to the town centre, an elegant period property styled with attention to interior detail with many original artworks from our former gallery business.

There are 2 large double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom on the third floor with purpose built stair gate & play room/relax area. A modern fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc. A large breakfast room seats 6 people. A small decking area & front terrace is available with outside table & seating.

The 2 main rooms have down duvets & pillows with comfortable beds. The Madame Room has a TV/media player, King size bed, french style sofa & 2 wardrobes. The Monsieur bed room opens out to a side decking with seating. Both bedrooms look out over the colorful terraces of houses characteristic of Dartmouth. The 3rd floor which is in the eaves of the house has roof top, church & glimpses of the river. Having 2 children of our own we have ensured that babies & children are well provided for with 2 travel cots, high chair, bed side guard, boosters, sterilizers, toys & books & even a push chair all available if needed. These items are discreetly stored & not evident for guests  traveling without children.Designers Guild fabrics, bed linen & rugs run through out the house & compliment the original art work. Baby sitting can often be arranged on request.

Owners Simon & Theresa Hart live 5 minutes away & are on hand if any help or advice is needed. A parking permit for the Royal Avenue Gardens is available 6 months of the year April - September.
