Fairwinds is a luxury mid terrace chalet, with views over an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is near to some of the South Hams loveliest beaches and within easy reach of the many attractions and leisure activities that are available in the Dartmouth area. The town of Dartmouth with its many individual shops and superb restaurants is only 5 minutes away as is The River Dart for those wishing to experience sailing, fishing and boat trips to Totnes and The Torbay Peninsular.

Fairwinds is a "home from home" and has been kept and decorated as a second home. Fully insulated, with ring main electrics and protective glass it has all the modern comforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The accommodation sleeps up to seven people and comprises a spacious lounge/dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, one double bedroom and a further bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. There is also bath /shower room and separate toilet facilities. The sofa bed could accommodate two extra persons if necessary.

There is a colour television with Freeview, a video and an assortment of games and reading material.

A parking space is available within 50 yards of the chalet.

Norton Park is a quiet and well maintained site close to the sea port of Dartmouth, allowing easy car parking. There is also an on-site restaurant and bar open all year round.

We regret that the chalet cannot accommodate pets.

A deposit is required with completion of application booking form. The deposit is 25% of the complete cost with full payment being paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday commencing.
