Great Cotton Cottages are situated at Great Cotton Farm, a working farm in a rural location on the outskirts of Dartmouth just one mile from the town centre. Both Sainsburys and Lydls supermarkets are within walking distance

Pigeon Loft and Buntings are barn conversions restored to a high standard retaining as many as possible of the original beams and stonework. They both have patios at the rear approached through French windows leading to a very large, enclosed communal garden with plenty of room for outdoor games.

Meadow Cottage is our latest addition. A delightful detached agricultural workers cottage again restored to a high standard and proving very popular with our regular guests. It has its own large enclosed garden with plenty of room to run around and a large trampoline to get rid of that excess energy!

The cottages all have gas central heating, a “living flame” gas woodburner, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, digital TV, DVD player.
