Kaywana Hall - A truly stunning Luxury Guesthouse

Kaywana Hall is situated in Kingswear, just across the estuary from Dartmouth. An original 60’s house it was recently demolished and rebuilt in a modern contemporary style by a local architect Stan Bolt. The house sits in its own 12 acres of woodland and is a peaceful oasis away from the bustle of Dartmouth and the river; however it is a short walk to the ferries for Dartmouth.

As you would expect of a modern house there is plenty of glass and our first guest bedroom is often likened to a glittering jewel. Situated across a patio the luxuary accommodation is detached from the main house and accessed from the outside.

You have complete privacy and with your own entrance and can come and go as you please. The bathroom is en-suite with a separate shower and bath, slate floor, under floor heating and lovely fluffy towels. The bedroom has a double bed with a separate sitting area which leads to your own private outdoor area. All the facilities you would expect of a brand new property are here, including free WiFi, flat screen TV with satellite and radio stations, ipod docking station, mini fridge, complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water, bathrobes and slippers. We have plenty of private parking and an outdoor heated swimming pool.

High Season Rate (18th March 2010 to 31st October) £135 per room including breakfast for 2 people. 2 night minimum stay at weekends. Low season rate 1st Nov 2010 to 31st March 2011 £125. We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16. We do not accept dogs.
