Kingfisher's Perch (No. 48) is a luxury south facing towards the sea, end of terrace chalet, with views over an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is near to some of South Hams loveliest beaches (blue flag), coves and within easy reach of the many attractions offering leisure activities for adults and children. The River Dart is 5 mins away for those wishing to experience sailing, fishing and boat trips to Totnes and Torbay Penisular.

Kingfisher's Perch is a "home from home" and has been kept and decorated as a second home. Fully insulated, with ring main electrics and protective glass it has all the modern comforts required. All to meet today's regulations.

We regret that the chalet cannot accommodate pets.

A deposit is required with completion of application booking form. The deposit is 25% of the complete cost with full payment being paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday commencing.
