Self-catering barn conversion. One of the attractions of the Barn is that it comprises two apartments of a high standard with separate gardens and views of Kingswear, surrounding countryside and the Dartmouth estuary and out to sea. Yet only a 10/15 minute walk down to the river Dart embankment and Dartmouth town centre and just a 10 minute drive to award winning beautiful Blackpool beach and the Venus cafe and restaurant. Both apartments have a separate bath or shower room for each bedroom. (Upper apartment accommodates up to 4 people. Lower apartment accommodates up to 6 people). These can be rented separately or combined to give accommodation for larger groups.

The Barn offers the perfect location for a family holiday or a get together with friends. We offer weekly holidays or flexible short breaks of either 2 or 3 nights or 4 or 5 nights duration and discounts for couples subject to availability.
