Magnolia Cottage is situated in a quiet area of Victorian cottages just a flat five minute walk from Dartmouth town centre and the River Dart. 

Magnolia Cottage has been renovated to an extremely high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 

The property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable sitting room. There are steps from the kitchen leading to the garden which has a delightful sitting area. 

Bed linen and towels are provided and a permit for the main car park (for use from the beginning of April until the end of September) is also provided. 

Magnolia Cottage is unsuitable for small children and the owners request no smoking and no pets.
