Our holiday home is situated within a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. It has an open aspect with spectacular views across the surrounding countryside towards Start Bay. The picturesque town of Dartmouth is only 1 mile away and some of south Devon's loveliest blue flag beaches are within easy reach, while an exploration of the many villages along the Dart will reveal enchanting pubs and restaurants, serving fine local food and wine. Torbay and the English Riviera are only a short drive via the ferry.

The on-site Norton Park hotel has a family pub and restaurant. Entertainment is available in high season.

Whatever your interests from coastal or moorland walking, to golf, sailing, fishing, swimming, the National Trust or steam trains, all are within easy reach. The all weather attractions at Woodlands theme park are a must for the children. As a guest at Sunny Bank you will receive 25% off golf and all leisure facilities at Dartmouth's golf and country club, where after an invigorating swim in the indoor heated pool or a work out in the gym, you can relax in the sauna and Jacuzzi and round the day off, as the sun sets, by wining and dining in the bar and bistro.

The accommodation comprises a spacious lounge/diner, 1 double and 1 twin bedded room, a modern shower and a well appointed kitchen. A sofa bed can accommodate an extras person. There is a digital T.V, DVD and Video player. Electric blankets are available.

On arrival, park close by in your designated space. Your relaxation begins immediately as your beds are made and a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits awaits you.
