The Dog Lodge

At The Dog Lodge we understand that your dog is a very special part of your family. We ensure every dog maintains their daily routine so that they are settled during their stay with us.

We are based in the beautiful countryside just a mile outside of Slapton village near Dartmouth in South Devon. The dogs all enjoy the freedom of the meadows, woodland and country walks as well as having two secure paddocks to run free in.

All dogs are exercised individually. We would suggest that you bring something from home for your dog, a blanket or toy are good home comforts. We would ask that you provide your own food for your dogs stay.

This will help your dog to settle and prevent any upsets! We advise you to bring a good fitting collar and lead. You are more than welcome to come and visit the kennels to put your mind at rest.

The Lodge is centrally heated with spacious single and double kennels, all have raised bed's of different heights to accomodate every dog. Every kennel has heated beds to ensure your dog is kept warm on those cold nights.
