We are centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the River Dart and town centre, which offers it's unique range of shops, art galleries and an excellent choice of pubs and restaurants. We provide off-road (on-site) parking for all our guests, which is a particular advantage in Dartmouth. We are pleased to offer discounted rates for stays with us of 4 nights or more and offer a great weekly stay rate of £65.00 per room ,per night (even during the Summer Months, save for Regatta week when our rate is £70.00 per night for a weekly stay).

If you are arriving to the area by train or coach, we will happily meet you from the station and bring you to Valley House by car and of course take you back to departure point for your return journey for stays of 7 nights.
