With a number of years experience, Wrighthouse-Keeping Services Dartmouth are the property management experts, offering professional property management and cleaning services to clients throughout South Devon. Based in the harbour town of Dartmouth in Devon, we have the ability and resource to successfully deliver our services to the highest standards throughout the South Hams and beyond.

Established in Sep 2006 and based in Dartmouth, the company initially started after relocating to the area. After completing endless research it became apparent that there was an ever increasing demand for reliable Cleaners/Caretakers and committed Property Managers to cater for the expanding holiday home market.

‘Wrighthouse-Keeping Services’ (WHK) originated from linking our surname with the synonymous figure of a lighthouse, often associated with security and ‘leading the way’. We pride ourselves on both.

We started with just 5 properties on our books, but now our portfolio consists of in excess of 100. As the months have gone by and the company has developed, our services are not just linked to holiday homes but private homes, restorations and commercial property.

WHK Services is quickly becoming one of the area’s leading brands. We work in association with the South West’s leading letting agents, namely Toadhall Cottages, Helpful Holidays, Coast & Country Cottages, Fulfords Holidays, Farm Cott and Classic Cottages. However, we are more than happy to accept owner managed properties.
