In January, we changed our listings ordering to be completely random. The order changes every 5 minutes, and applies to every category. Those of you that were lingering around the bottom of the lists for days (ironically those were the best performing profiles, due to the less popular ones appearing higher) no longer need worry! It really is completely random.

We did this, so we can accurately identify the weak profiles, and help those businesses - rather than just sending visitors to under-performing profiles and hoping for the best.

Despite the "economic down turn", Dartmouth Directory enjoyed twice as many visitors in December 2008 than on the previous year. This trend has continued throughout January & February. We have also seen an average of 750 unique visitors per month to our accommodation "late" deals page alone.
