Leaflet available from The Medical Practice. Help may be given in various ways with transport, shopping, gardening, prescription delivery (in Dartmouth) and temporary provision of lifeline alarms. There is a befriending service. 

 There is no formal charge, but funds are limited and a donation towards expenses is always welcome.

Volunteers may offer as much or as little time as they wish. We provide out of pocket expenses including a mileage allowance of 40 pence per mile. Fundraising events are held throughout the year.
