	MAIN HALL (18.9m x 10.3m) with maple floor and stage (5.4m x 3.6) extending to an additional 6m x 2m at thee different heights if wanted. Equipment provision for badminton, short mat bowls, table tennis, short tennis and darts. Hatch access to kitchen. Access to external patio.
	MEETING ROOM (7.4m x 5.4m) Carpeted with small and large (8 people) tables. Direct access to kitchen and patio area.
	KITCHEN (4.5m x 3.9m) well fitted with range of units and wall cupboards, water heater, electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (rapid cycle) with walkthrough to Servery (2.3m x 2.3m) which can be used as a bar when required. Serving access to both Main Hall and Meeting Room.
