In addition to the monthly meetings, members meet in small groups to pursue individual interests such as:

History, French, Sailing, Art, Literature, Writing, Walking, Bridge, Classics, Swimming, Current Affairs, Investments, Singing, Scrabble, Gardening & Music.

Archery, Italian and and other subjects are in the pipeline.

Group leaders share their acquired skills and knowledge with fellow U3A members. This self help approach is the basic philosophy behind the University of the Third Age.

A University without degrees, diplomas or exams.

If you're no longer in full time employment with leisure time to fill, join us.  £8.50 per annum.
