New Barn Farm is a working farm in a pleasant, secluded valley. So as not to mislead, we ought to point out that the house and barn were 'new' in about 1770! If you enjoy the bustle of Dartmouth, the shops and attractions, and, of course the river, it is only a five minute drive to the Embankment.
We pride ourselves in our comfortable rooms and a garden that is both peaceful and teeming with wildlife. During the day you can see numerous species of birds and at night, from the house, watch the badgers feeding and playing. We aim to give: comfort, peace and a glimpse of farm life. Every morning, enjoy a proper farm breakfast (vegetarians catered for).
We also sell home-made preserves and a selection of work by local artists.
The cost is from £30.00 per person per night and that includes safe car parking.
If you have any queries don't hesitate to get in touch.

From Dartmouth, take the Totnes road out of the town passing the petrol station on your left. Continue across the roundabout (you will see the Park and Ride notices on your left) for about a quarter of a mile. You will see the entrance to New Barn Farm on your right immediately before the small hamlet of Norton.
