THE NOOK

The Nook is a peaceful property within its own secluded walled garden. It is situated in a quiet corner of the picturesque village of Stoke Fleming, about 3 miles from Dartmouth. This delightful modern chalet-style house has open plan living accommodation for up to eight people with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, electric heating and ventilation system. There is off street parking for two cars.

The Accommodation.

The ground floor is divided between and dining areas, with colour TV, video recorder, and feature fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room/WC.

On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, one bedroom with bunkbeds and one bathroom/WC. Duvets and pillows are provided but no linen. A cot and high chair are also available.
