Conditions of booking
Reservations of the chalet are accepted subject to the hirer agreeing to the following conditions.
A deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is to be paid at the time of booking and the balance paid 8 weeks before the holiday commences. An acknowledgement will be sent and no booking exists until this has been despatched. Telephone reservations will be held for 3 days while awaiting the deposit. In the event of cancellation a charge will be made unless we are able to re-let the chalet. It is recommended that you take out cancellation insurance.
In addition to the 25% deposit a returnable sum of £100 is required against breakages, damage to furniture or fittings etc. This is refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the holiday. The applicants however are deemed to be responsible for returning the chalet in the same condition as they found it. If there is damage beyond the sum of £100 this will be charged to the occupiers. Similarly the chalet and contents must be left in a clean and tidy state or a charge will be incurred.
The occupants of the property agree not to cause or permit any nuisance which would in anyway interfere with other persons using the site.
We shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to persons or their personal property while they are on site.
We regret the chalet is not suitable for children under the age of four. No pets are allowed on site and “Sunny Bank” is a strictly “no smoking” chalet.
Please note that while bed linen is provided you will need to bring your own towels and also electricity is paid for through a £1 slot metre. The chalet is available from 2.0 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.0 a.m on the day of departure.
Membership of Norton Park centre is not included in the cost and we cannot guarantee that all facilities are always available.
We trust you have a really enjoyable stay.
