Dittisham is about 1½ miles upstream of Dartmouth on the west bank of the river. By car  the journey is about 7 miles, while the distance to Totnes is about 10 miles.  It must be one of the most attractive and unspoilt villages in Devon.

A typically tranquil scene - the perfect place to be busy doing nothing!
