Dart Sailability caters for all disabilities and all levels of sailing experience - whether you are a beginner or have never been before, come and have a go with us. An experienced skipper will take you out and you can decide how much you want to do. If you'v sailed before and want to get into racing that's great too. We want to make it fun, whatever your level and aim. Come along for a free taster session.
We have a fleet of purpose built sailing dinghies, two 20ft sailing day-boats, and power boats for those who are unable, or do not wish, to sail. Our boats can be adapted to meet the needs of individuals to enable anyone to get afloat. A hoist is available to lift wheelchair users safely into the boats.
The organisation is entirely run by enthusiastic volunteers and anyone who is willing to help, either shore-side or afloat, is warmly welcomed. Please do get in touch; no experience is necessary.
Dart Sailability is a Royal Yachting Association Centre of Excellence and runs courses on sailing and power boating for sailors and volunteers.
We meet at Noss Marina every Tuesday and Saturday morning between mid-May and end-September.
