ACCOMMODATION One of ten recently constructed stone lodges adjacent to the golf course and within a short walk of the other leisure facilities, it is an ideal location for sports enthusiasts and energetic families alike.
ENTRANCE The front door leads into a hallway at ground floor level off which is a CLOAKROOM with wash-hand basin and w.c.
SITTING/DINING ROOM On the ground floor is a light and sunny open-plan living space with beautiful slate tiles and oak flooring. The sitting area has a contemporary wood-burning stove and is very tastefully furnished with two double sofas, armchair, flat screen TV with Freeview. French doors lead out to the front terrace area overlooking the central courtyard and water feature.
KITCHEN To the rear of the living accommodation is the kitchen area. This fully equipped kitchin has all the mod cons you would expect including, split level oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, micro wave plus much much more.
EN SUITE BEDROOMS Three in total. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, bedside unit, drawers, wardrobe and French doors out to a spacious balcony. Each bedroom has an en suite, one with bath, shower (over), w.c., basin, shaver point and heated towel rail, and the other with power shower, basin, w.c., shaver socket and heated towel rail. At second floor level is a lovely suite again with two single beds, bedside units, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
