Ciaran McClennon Building Contractors Limited is a family run business providing a personalised and professional building and contracting service in Dartmouth and surrounding areas within the South Hams for over 20 years.
In that time the company has grown to a team of 15 plus employees, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and experience, which is paramount for the area we live in with it’s many unique and hard to reach properties.
As a team of local, professional and qualified tradesmen, we pride ourselves on our quality and attention to detail in all aspects of construction, be it internal or external alterations and repairs; to extensions; to partial or full renovations or new builds.
We work closely with our clients, architects, structural engineers as well as planning and building control to ensure all work is completed as required and to a high standard.
